Andrew M. Friedman, Esq.
Attorney & Founder
Andrew is a highly skilled estate planning attorney whose commitment to his clients is paramount. Andrew has more than a decade of experience as an attorney, guiding individuals and couples through all aspects of the planning process. He has drafted wills, trusts, powers of attorney, medical directives, and other testamentary solutions for hundreds of clients with diverse needs. His practice also includes tax and probate administration, rights of heirs and beneficiaries, and trust interpretation/modification controversies. He has served clients with estates of all sizes and levels of complexity.
He is an expert at explaining the intricacies of estate planning law in lay terms and finding creative solutions to client tax and estate objectives. Andrew’s goal is to ensure his clients are informed, engaged, and cared for, every step of the way.
Before starting Friedman Estate Law, Andrew worked as an estate planning attorney for firms in Washington, D.C., Potomac, Maryland, and Boca Raton, Florida. He currently serves as Of-Counsel to Bregman, Berbert, Schwartz & Gilday, LLC.
Andrew lives in Delray Beach, Florida with his wife and two young children.

Andrew has spent more than a decade as an attorney, whose practice focuses on estate planning and tax administration. He has worked at estate planning firms in Washington, DC, Potomac, MD, and Boca Raton, FL, serving hundreds of clients with various planning needs, including both straight-forward estate planning goals and more sophisticated tax planning objectives. Andrew’s passion for estate planning stems from his love of people and his first-hand experience witnessing the meaningful value this work brings to so many clients’ lives.

Adam Moskowitz, Esq.

Adam Moskowitz’s practice focuses on estate and trust planning, administration, and litigation. Adam has drafted wills, trusts, powers of attorney and medical directives for hundreds of clients and their families. His practice also includes complex trust and tax planning. Additionally, Adam’s experience includes will contest litigation, trust interpretation/modification controversies, real estate ownership disputes, fiduciary duty disputes, rights of heirs, beneficiaries, and legatees and other types of litigation involving estates and trusts. Adam has completed administration for trusts and estates of all sizes, working closely with the fiduciary and beneficiaries.
